We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Document interactions and maintain records in the company’s CRM system.
Deliver excellent service while meeting performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in live chat or online support.
Strong written communication and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM or live chat software is an advantage.
