As a Web Designer at Trueform, you'll own marketing website projects from concept to launch. You'll design visually compelling, brand-driven websites and bring them to life directly in no-code tools. This is a remote-first position, so you must be comfortable managing projects independently using remote-friendly methods.

We're looking for multi-skilled designers who can think strategically about experiences and execute flawlessly in digital environments. You should be equally comfortable mapping user flows and designing the interfaces that bring them to life. We move fast here, so you need to know how to make decisions quickly, advocate for your work, and ship with confidence.

If your portfolio mainly shows products and websites you've designed (bonus points if they're actually live), we want to talk to you.

We're looking for people who understand that great product work means nothing if it dies in Figma. It needs to be out in the world, performing.

Your Location

Based in Switzerland is ideal, but since we’re a remote-first company, feel free to apply from any country in Europe or the US.

What you’ll do

Design and build marketing websites end-to-end in Framer or Webflow
Translate brand identities into polished, responsive web experiences
Collaborate directly with clients from kickoff to launch (No account managers as middlemen)
Own the full workflow: from initial concepts in Figma to a live, optimized website
Make strategic decisions about layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
Present and defend your design decisions to clients with confidence
Iterate quickly based on real-world performance and feedback
Contribute to and maintain design systems that scale across pages and touchpoints
Help shape project timelines and scopes based on what's actually achievable

You might be a fit if

You love creating intuitive and engaging web experiences
Framer is something you live and breathe daily
Figma and Auto-Layout are second nature to you
You use AI models like Nano Bananam Flora, and Midjourney to create beautiful visual assets for your work
You can clearly communicate your ideas
You're proactive and communicative
You are a self-organized person and can communicate and coordinate with clients directly
You've got 5+ years of experience in this field
You're speaking fluent English

Nice to have

Deep experience in brand design and visual identity (this is a real plus)
Motion and interaction design skills (especially in Framer)
Comfortable writing and editing strategic or creative copy
Light frontend development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS)
You also speak German or Swiss German
