Are you looking for a long term stable Content Specialist role with a company where you will be valued and rewarded for your efforts? Where there is an opportunity for growth and progression?

We are an established Recruitment company with over 10 years experience. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team. You’ll work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to shape and deliver content strategies that build brand awareness, support candidate acquisition, and engage our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies that support marketing goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

  • Content Creation: Develop, and create engaging content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, emails, and more. Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

  • Content Management: Manage and maintain a content calendar. Publish and update content via CMS platforms while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and accuracy.

  • SEO & Web Content: Optimise website and blog content for search engines, ensuring our messaging is discoverable by our target audiences.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends (in both education and recruitment) as well as digital marketing best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media insights. Report on engagement and suggest improvements.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design,recruitment) and external contributors to gather information and create content that supports cross-functional goals.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all published materials maintain brand standards in terms of tone, voice, and visual alignment. Uphold internal style guides and content protocols.

  • Content Repurposing: Adapt existing content into multiple formats (e.g., turning blog posts into social graphics or email content). Update outdated pieces to maintain relevance and performance.

You ideally need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a content-focused role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Strong understanding of content marketing and audience targeting

  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage, but not essential
