The Marketing and Revenue Operations team is responsible for supporting Voxy’s go-to-market professionals in promoting and marketing our language learning solutions around the world. We are always looking for smarter and more efficient ways of executing our marketing initiatives, making sure we constantly improve our processes and guaranteeing a smooth operation across the organization.

We are now seeking an ambitious, curious and hands-on Marketing Intern to support our activities, collaborating not only with marketing and sales professionals but other members of the go-to-market structure as well to increase the value we deliver to prospects, customers and learners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with marketing operations activities, such as managing marketing automation software and executing digital marketing campaigns
Maintain marketing database quality and integrity, and manage large data lists to enable the go-to-market organization to carry out impactful activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an engaging learning environment
Support key administrative tasks to help develop and implement marketing strategies across content, demand generation, and revenue operations activities
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Interest in a marketing/marketing operations career
Attention to detail
Investigative and creative profile
Great written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn and get involved in different projects at the same time
Interested in working with data management, reporting, and analytics
Advanced Portuguese and intermediate English (other languages are also welcome!)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Interest in working in the dynamic and fast-changing environment of a scale-up company
Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools (such as Marketo, Salesforce and Hubspot)
Experience with data processing/reporting/analysis tools (such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau and Google Analytics)
