Role Objectives:
The WEP Clinical Project Manager of Clinical Nursing is responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing decentralized clinical trial nursing and/or other clinical research projects.

What You'll Do:
Oversee the setup, execution, and close-out of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, ensuring compliance
Manage day-to-day operations of the project as defined by the contract, laws, and regulations
Develop and maintain operational project plans, including timelines and visit projections
Serve as the primary contact with the client for operational project deliverables and concerns
Provide cross-functional oversight of internal team members, including site management, data management, and project-specific training
Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risks with decentralized clinical trial nursing project stakeholders
Proactively anticipate and identify potential issues, implementing solutions and corrective actions
Organize and maintain project documentation within internal systems (e.g., SharePoint)
Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings and teleconferences
Manage vendor deliverables, review invoices, and ensure quality compliance
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a health or science field)
3-6 years of experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical monitoring, with previous DCT experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Leadership and management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
