Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
