WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Implement advanced model optimization techniques, including quantization and pruning, to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Experience in improving the training and inference efficiency of AI models.
Build internal tools to support model training, testing, and deployment at scale.
Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate optimized models into production workflows for various clients.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for operational improvements in AI workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML, specializing in model optimization and performance tuning.
Proven track record in developing scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications.
Strong problem-solving skills in the context of AI model development and system integration.
AI/ML Tools: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX for building and optimizing models.
Optimization Techniques: Proficiency in LLM optimization techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, pruning, and mixed-precision training.
GPU Utilization: Experience in optimizing AI models for GPU hardware, particularly NVIDIA and AMD architectures.
Benchmarking Tools: Knowledge of benchmarking models using e.g. MLPerf, ensuring optimal deployment in production environments.
Deployment Pipelines: Proficiency in deploying models in scalable environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
