As a Client Operations Specialist You’ll be a key point of contact for our clients -venues, event organizers, festivals - helping them master our platform, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize their workflows.

But your impact goes beyond clients. You’ll collaborate closely with different teams—Sales, Product, and Account Management—to ensure smooth business operations and process optimization. Your insights will help refine our platform, and your problem-solving mindset will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency of how we work.

English fluency is a must, with French and German language skills a strong preference. And while industry experience isn’t required, you should be as passionate about the product as we are.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Ops Execution: Guide clients through our platform, and support a smooth execution of their operational tasks; from event creation to performance insights.
- Internal Operations: Handle operational queries from internal teams, assist with process optimization, performance analysis, and contribute to improving internal workflows.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in internal and external operational workflows and suggest improvements.
- Product Feedback & Collaboration: Develop a solid understanding of our client's needs and pain points to aid relevant product developments and influence our roadmap.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with sales team, account managers, product and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Training & Documentation: Support creating guides, FAQs, and best practices to aid client autonomy and drive platform adoption.

Your profile

- A logical, analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling client requests and identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions and in client-facing roles would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
- English fluency is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable communicating in either French or German; speaking both is a bonus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about tech and digital efficiencies, with proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
- Flexibility to occasionally work during evenings and weekends when needed.
- A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ;)
