As a Client Services Analyst, you’ll become an expert in YouGov’s tracking and profiling databases, enabling you to uncover meaningful insights that address clients’ key questions. This role involves collaborating with clients on research objectives, survey design, and data analysis, with a focus on tourism and consumer behavior.

Serve as the primary client liaison, helping clients across agencies, travel, dining and non-profit verticals maximize their YouGov data subscriptions with expert guidance on research objectives, survey development, and best practices.

Analyze and interpret data across various industries, crafting high-quality presentations and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to senior and C-Suite audiences.

Use a blend of syndicated tools, analytics, and storytelling to answer key business questions, such as Brand Health, Customer Funnel Journeys, Audience Profiling, and Campaign Tracking.

Continuously improve reporting standards and data visualizations while responding to client requests with efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to solving data-related challenges.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

0-2+ years of experience, ideally in market research, survey design, data analysis, or account management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with familiarity in data visualization tools preferred.

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 - 78,000 USD

Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
