Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales objectives in the region.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior management role covering Nordics, as a Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales / Country Manager or a Sales Director ideally in a fast-growing international company in the security industry.
Experience hiring and leading a successful sales team.
Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and an established network of industry contacts.
Experience in managing distributor and channel sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical personality.
