Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Design, Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python (or R).
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in Data Integration/Ingestion, Data Transformations and Data Modeling for Analytical end-products
Knowledge of how Databricks is utilized for Data Processing and building resilient Data Pipelines
Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
