Panty Promise is expanding its digital marketing team and is in search of an experienced SEO Specialist and Blogger. This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of SEO best practices with a passion for content creation, aiming to increase organic search visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings.
Conduct keyword research to guide the blogging team on content creation.
Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for our company blog that resonate with our audience and comply with SEO guidelines.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
Keep updated with both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines.
Strategize with the marketing team to innovate content ideas and improve user engagement.
Analyze the performance of blog posts and social media activity, using data insights to refine blogging strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and/or blogger.
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and relevant blogging platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with SEO and blog software (e.g., WordPress, SEMrush, Moz).
