Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive strategy that covers all aspects of channel growth, including:

1. Pre-Launch Strategy & Preparations

• Advise on the final pre-launch steps to build excitement and awareness for the channel before the first video goes live.

• Provide insights on how to position the channel to appeal to investors seeking global mobility solutions.

• Offer recommendations for optimizing the channel’s branding and setup, including the trailer, \"About\" section, and links.

2. Content Strategy for Growth

• Outline a content strategy to maximize audience engagement and retention.

• Content formats and themes that resonate with a broad range of individuals.

• Ideal video length, upload frequency, and release schedule to maintain momentum.

• Provide guidance on storytelling techniques, video formats, and series concepts to build loyalty and return viewers.

3. SEO

• Provide a step-by-step SEO strategy for increasing the discoverability of videos

• How to conduct keyword research and implement keywords into video titles, descriptions, and tags.

• Best practices for using tools like VidIQ or TubeBuddy to improve video rankings and visibility.

• Guidance on optimizing thumbnails, descriptions, and video titles to improve click-through rates.

4. Channel Launch & Promotion

• Suggest effective launch strategies to gain initial traction.

• How to leverage other social media platforms, blogs, and email lists to promote the channel.

• Recommendations on collaborating with influencers, guest appearances, and partnerships to attract early viewers.

• Advice on using paid YouTube Ads (if applicable) to boost the channel's initial exposure.

5. Audience Engagement & Subscriber Growth

• Outline strategies to convert viewers into subscribers.

• Best practices for creating strong CTAs (calls to action) within videos to encourage likes, shares, and subscriptions.

• Tips on how to engage viewers in the comments section and build a sense of community around the channel.

• Suggest strategies to retain subscribers and turn them into long-term viewers, such as using playlists, end screens, and video series.

6. Long-Term Growth Strategy

• Provide a road map for scaling the channel after the first few months.

• How to analyze YouTube analytics and make data-driven decisions for improving content.

• Advice on expanding content categories and diversifying the video formats for sustained growth.
