Position Summary:

Swiftly is currently seeking a dedicated entry to mid-level professional to join our Ad Operations team as a Specialist. In this role, you will manage day-to-day trafficking, ensure quality assurance, and validate ad deliveries across client apps and websites. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented candidate who thrives on numbers, data-driven decisions, and working with ad servers. This is a full time contract role. We use Deel as the employer of record and contract.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage day-to-day trafficking, quality assurance and proof of delivery of ads served over client apps and websites. Utilize industry standard ad servers (Xandr) as well as in-house toolsets to execute campaigns
Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to help launch new products, features, and reporting capabilities
Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate ad placements and ensure smooth customer journey
Identify opportunities to improve current processes to optimize media and ad trafficking
Provide feedback with the development, testing and usage of new processes and tools to perform ad operations services
Exercise flexibility and agility to meet client requests, especially at the last minute
Perform key metric reporting and continuously monitor campaigns to optimize and ensure the delivery of ad campaign impression targets
Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Ad Operations experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or marketing/advertising
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly-changing start-up environment
Ability to prioritize and focus oneself and the team with strict attention to detail
Experience with ad servers (GAM, Xandr, Epsilon etc.)
Ad Operations experience working with mobile apps and basic familiarity with CSS, Javascript or other coding languages preferred
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with AppsFlyer
Experience working with Google Paid search
Social Media experience (Tiktok Ads, Meta)
