Companies may settle contractor invoices via wire transfer, ACH, SEPA or by credit/debit card. Contractors receive funds directly into their nominated bank accounts through Stripe Connect.

It does not cost contractors anything to receive payments with Remote. Companies are responsible for paying a flat-rate management fee for active contractors, plus a 3.5% service fee for credit card payments. Contractors always receive the full value of any payments made. In situations involving currency conversion — when the company pays in one currency and the contractor receives funds in another — amounts are subject to exchange rates. Remote does not charge any additional currency conversion fees.
