What does the Remote x Xero integration mean for Remote customers?

Our team met with numerous Xero and Remote customers to understand their workflows, allowing us to prioritize the most important features and better meet their needs. As a result, the integration now automatically syncs your employer of record (EOR) invoices to Xero’s accounting software, giving you an up-to-date view of your monthly payments and balances that are ready to be reconciled in Xero.

This greatly reduces the burden of manually downloading and uploading invoices and other transaction data to Xero, and ensures your information is accurate between both systems.

How does it work? 

To get started, simply navigate to the integration sections within the Remote platform and select “Add Integration.” Note that you will need to log in with your Xero credentials.

How to set up the Xero integration

The most recent invoice will be synced and, from there, finalized invoices will be synced within seconds as a draft bill in Xero. 

As mentioned, the integration works with our EOR to sync invoice data directly into Xero. It also includes the ability to map Remote fields with the Xero chart of accounts to add an additional layer of data categorization across both systems.
