Companies can settle contractor invoices by wire transfer, ACH, SEPA, or by credit or debit card. Contractors receive funds directly into their nominated bank accounts via Stripe Connect.

There is no charge to contractors for receiving payments with Remote. Companies pay a flat-rate management fee for active contractors, plus a 3.5% service fee for credit card payments. Contractors always receive the full value of payments. When payments involve currency conversion — where the payer uses one currency and the contractor receives another — amounts depend on exchange rates, and Remote does not apply any extra currency conversion fees.
