The new Remote mobile apps make managing expenses as simple as 1-2-3.
Snap a photo of your receipt or upload file straight from the app. You can also add details manually if you don’t have a receipt to hand.
AI completes your expense report for you. Using the latest in image recognition technology, we’ll automatically extract key details like the company name, date, price, and any tax amounts. You can add any missing information before submitting your claim.
Get reimbursed. Expense requests are approved before claims are reimbursed as usual through your Remote payslip. You can view the status of expense claims in the mobile app, and get notifications to keep you in the loop.
There’s no need to log onto Remote on the web to make changes: you can update expense details, and add photos or files to existing claims all in the palm of your hand too.
To ensure compliance with local and international labor, financial, and tax regulations, your personal information must be up-to-date at all times.
Now you can check your details on the go, including your official job title and contract information, salary and bank account details, and emergency contact information.
All of your information is safely and securely stored. You can only access your Remote account after logging in with your email address and password, and entering your two-factor authentication code that will be sent to you by email. You can even secure the app even further by setting a unique passcode, or use your phone’s biometric authentication to log in with your fingerprint or face recognition.
