While you wait to hear back from us, here’s what you can expect next — and how you can prepare to move fast in our BDR hiring sprint.

We’re reviewing your applications now. If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete a 30-minute AI interview hosted on the Remote platform.
This async interview helps us fairly assess your application. Based on the results, top candidates will be invited to our hiring sprint day. We expect AI interviews to be completed by end of August 24 the latest.
If you’re selected, you’ll book all 3 interviews to be completed in just one day:
Recruiter screen – 15 min
Hiring manager interview (includes task) – 45 min
Bar raiser interview – 30 min
Hiring days are planned for last week of August, the exact date will be confirmed with each candidate individually.
After your hiring sprint day, we’ll review your performance and get back to you with a decision the very next day. If we’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive an offer with 24 hours to accept. We expect all offers to be out and accepted by end of August.

To support this, all applications go through the same review process.
