We collect reserve payments only in uncommon, high-risk circumstances. This financial safeguard allows us to pay employees if a customer is unable to. Some EOR providers charge extra deposits for offering annual leave above the legal minimum, removing probation periods, incentive plans, and monthly redundancy pay accruals. We don’t.
Employees receive pay in the currency specified in their employment agreement. If the salary (or other items on your invoice) differs from your chosen billing currency, we convert the amount using the Remote FX rate.
The Remote FX rate can fluctuate by currency pair and over time. The rate reflects the risks tied to holding assets and liabilities in different currencies, the costs Remote incurs, and prevailing market benchmarks. The Remote FX rate remains very competitive compared with other EOR and payroll providers.
Your invoice will display charges in your chosen billing currency. The Remote FX rate applied to each line item will be shown on the invoice breakdown in our platform each month.
You can add and invite unlimited direct employees, EOR employees, and contractors through Remote without minimum requirements or fees. Processing payroll for direct employees requires our Global Payroll product. Whether you’re hiring your first employee or your 1,000th, we are here to support your growth.
We do not charge platform, onboarding, or setup fees for HR management, EOR, or Contractor Management products. You pay only for the product(s) you select, according to your requirements. Customers using our Payroll product incur an implementation fee to establish entities. Additionally, a recurring payroll delivery fee covers the infrastructure needed for punctual global payouts and secure payroll file transmission.
