The Remote platform will take you through the steps to verify your identity and sign your contract.
You will report directly to your new employer for day-to-day work, as usual.
Remote will pay your salary as specified in your contract, and you will be enrolled to receive any agreed benefits.

No middlemen
When your company works with Remote, you will be employed by one of Remote’s local entities in the country where you work. This gives us greater flexibility and the expertise to provide truly localised support.
Remote acts as an employer of record for companies hiring internationally. An EOR assumes responsibility for local legal requirements so the client company can legally employ workers in that jurisdiction.
Security as standard
We treat personal information protection with the utmost seriousness. Remote surpasses the highest international standards for data and financial security, so you can be confident.
Your employment contract will be with the Remote local entity in your country of residence. For example, if you are employed in Singapore, then your employment contract will be with our legal entity Remote Tech Singapore Pte. Ltd. Remote employs you locally as the employer of record on behalf of the company you work for. The company you work for continues to manage the commercial and operational aspects of your role, while Remote assumes the legal responsibilities, obligations and administrative tasks related to your employment.
Where possible, we use local banks to pay your salary via methods such as domestic wire transfers, ACH or SEPA. If local bank transfers are not available in your country or for your local currency, your salary will be sent by international wire transfer (SWIFT).
You will receive your salary in the local currency specified in your employment contract.
Bank transfers for salaries are made on 25 of each month – you will receive your salary on or before the last working day of each month.
As the employer of record, Remote is your local legal employer, and we will make all salary payments. The company you work for still manages the operational and day-to-day aspects of your role.
Yes – Remote’s local entity contributes to and registers you in local social security schemes and fulfils other statutory requirements.
The benefits you receive depend on what your employer selects. These may include private health insurance, bonuses or commissions, or other custom perks.
Remote provides guidance on laws that may affect your ability to work in particular countries and explains what employment options exist. Remote can sponsor work visas in some locations. Your employer can learn more and begin the process via our support team.
