Now in its fourth year, the Remote Influencer Report serves as a comprehensive guide to the most inspiring and influential thought leaders in the realm of remote work. The report includes:
Each year we publish an updated edition showcasing the top 150 remote influencers. Whether you are new to remote work, simply curious, or have been working remotely for years, this report highlights today’s leading voices in the remote working space. To make it as useful as possible, we list resources those individuals have helped create, link to their social profiles, and show icons to indicate if they are speakers or published authors. We hope it inspires new ideas, reveals opportunities, and keeps your curiosity alive!
The report highlights notable leaders who provide genuinely transformative insights for anyone seeking excellence in remote work leadership. We divide the report into three influencer types: Remote Innovators, Enablers, and Accelerators.
These influencers help keep remote work thriving and are worth following to build a more connected future for remote working.

At the heart of this report are people committed to reshaping the workplace. We examined how they have advanced the shift towards more flexible working and how they continue to lead that change. Some have founded companies that provide essential tools or training for effective remote work, while others focus their efforts on promoting a remote-first world across every available channel.
Those featured in our report are deeply passionate about remote work. They are doing the groundwork to inspire and support others, continually learning and sharing methods and tools to help people embrace remote working.

Each year we begin by reviewing previous Remote Influencer Reports to identify which previously listed influencers still have a substantial impact on remote work. We also consider nominations of remote work advocates gathered over the year from our global community.
We then compile an initial list of 225 influencers using the criteria below to decide whether an individual qualifies:
To finalise the selection, our expert judging panel reviews influencers within their respective categories (innovators, enablers, or accelerators) and votes based on their expertise. This produces the top 150 individuals leading the remote work movement, 50 per category.
