We only gather reserve payments in uncommon, high-risk situations. This financial safeguard lets us pay employees if a customer cannot. Some EOR providers demand extra deposits to cover enhanced annual leave beyond the statutory minimum, waived probation periods, incentive schemes and monthly redundancy pay accruals. We do not.
Employees receive pay in the currency specified in their employment agreement. If the salary (or any other amounts on your invoice) differs from your chosen billing currency, we convert it using the Remote FX rate.
The Remote FX rate may change over time and by currency pair. The rate reflects the risks of holding assets and liabilities across different currencies, the costs Remote incurs, and industry benchmarks. The Remote FX rate remains highly competitive against other EOR and payroll providers.
Your invoice will display charges in your chosen billing currency. The Remote FX rate applied to each line item appears on the invoice breakdown in our platform each month.
You can use Remote to add and invite any number of direct employees, EOR employees and contractors; there are no minimums or fees. To run payroll for your direct employees, you must use our Global Payroll product. Whether you are hiring your first employee or employee number 1,000, we are here to support your growth.
We do not charge platform, onboarding or setup fees for our HR management, EOR, and Contractor Management products. You pay only for the product(s) you select, according to your needs. For customers using our Payroll product, there is an implementation fee to set up your entities. In addition, a recurring payroll delivery fee applies to cover the infrastructure for prompt global payouts and secure payroll file delivery.
