We’ve been working with governments and organisations that support refugees to develop joint solutions that directly help refugees rebuild their lives. This work is urgent, with millions displaced from Afghanistan, Syria and other conflict-affected countries. As a company that enables global employment opportunities, we consider it our moral responsibility to help refugees regain stability through dignified work.

We support employers who hire refugee talent and have introduced a significant discount on employer on record (EOR) services. This allows any refugee talent who is legally eligible to work in a country where we have an entity to be onboarded via our platform at a reduced cost. In addition to supporting refugee employment, we highlight organisations that help employers locate refugee talent.

When you onboard an employee, you’ll be asked to confirm eligibility by providing documentation proving the employees’ refugee status and the correct right to work or work permit(s) in their host country.

The 15% discount is valid on annual credit billing only and expires 12 months after acceptance of our terms of service.

This discount is available to any company using Remote to hire refugee talent. The employer must supply documentation proving employees’ refugee status and the correct right to work or work permit(s) in their host country, which must be different from their home country or previous country of residence.
