Businesses can pay contractor invoices by wire transfer, ACH, SEPA, and credit or debit card. Contractors receive payments directly to their nominated bank accounts via Stripe Connect.

Contractors do not pay to receive payments via Remote. Companies cover a flat-rate management fee for active contractors and a 3.5% service fee for credit card transactions. Contractors always receive the full value of any payments. When currency conversions are involved — where a company pays in one currency and the contractor receives funds in another — the amounts are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Remote does not add any extra currency conversion charges.
