The Remote platform will walk you through the steps to verify your identity and sign the contract.
You will report directly to your employer for day-to-day duties, as normal.
Remote will pay the salary specified in your contract, and you will be enrolled to receive any agreed benefits.

No middlemen
When your employer works with Remote, you will be employed by one of Remote’s local entities in your country. This arrangement provides greater flexibility and expertise to deliver genuinely localised support.
Remote acts as an employer of record for companies recruiting internationally. An EOR assumes responsibility for local legal requirements so the client company can employ staff in that location.
Security as standard
We treat the protection of personal information with the utmost seriousness. Remote surpasses stringent international data and financial security standards, giving you peace of mind.
Your employment contract will be with the local Remote entity in your country. For example, if you are employed in Singapore, your contract will be with our legal entity Remote Tech Singapore Pte. Ltd. Remote employs you locally as the employer of record on behalf of the company you work for. All business operations and the day-to-day aspects of your role are managed by the company you work for. To enable this, Remote assumes all responsibilities, obligations and tasks associated with your employment.
Where available, we use local banks to transfer your salary by means such as domestic wire transfers, ACH or SEPA. If local bank transfers are not possible in your country or local currency, your salary will be paid by international wire transfer (SWIFT).
Your salary will be paid in the local currency specified in your employment contract.
Salary bank transfers are processed on the 25th of each month – you will receive your salary on or before the last working day of that month.
As the employer of record, Remote is your local legal employer and will make your salary payments. The company you work for continues to manage the operations and day-to-day aspects of your role.
Yes – Remote’s local entity contributes to and enrols you in local social security schemes and fulfils other statutory obligations.
The benefits you receive depend on the options chosen by your employer. These may include private health insurance, bonuses and commissions, or other bespoke perks.
