Our fourth annual Remote Influencer Report serves as the definitive guide to the most inspiring and influential thought leaders in remote work. The report includes:
Each year we publish an updated version showcasing the top 150 remote influencers. Whether you are new to remote working, simply curious, or have been working remotely for years, this report identifies today’s most influential voices in the remote-work arena. To make it practical, we list resources these individuals have contributed to, provide links to their social profiles and display icons showing whether they are speakers or published authors. We hope it sparks new ideas, uncovers opportunities and keeps your curiosity alive.
The report highlights exceptional leaders who provide genuinely transformative perspectives for anyone seeking top-tier remote-work leadership. The report is organised into three influencer types: Remote Innovators, Enablers, and Accelerators.
These influencers sustain the momentum behind remote work and are worth following to help build a more connected remote-working future.

This report focuses on people committed to reshaping the workplace. We examined how they have advanced the shift towards more flexible working and how they continue to drive change. Some have founded companies that provide vital tools or training for effective remote working. Others concentrate their efforts on advocating for a remote-first world, promoting it through every available channel of communication.
Those featured in the report are deeply committed to remote work. They lay the groundwork to inspire and assist others, continually learning and refining their approaches as they share ways to embrace remote working and tools to empower colleagues.

Each year we begin by reviewing earlier Remote Influencer Reports to identify which previously named influencers continue to have a significant impact on remote work. We also review nominations of remote-work advocates collected from our global community over the year.
We then produce a list of 225 influencers using the following criteria to assess whether a person qualifies for our list:
To finalise the selection, our panel of expert judges review candidates within each category (innovators, enablers or accelerators) and vote based on their expertise. The outcome is a top 150 list – 50 individuals in each category – representing leaders of the remote work movement.
