Iarla O’Carroll

Iarla is Remote’s Chief Operating Officer. His team is directly responsible for Remote customer experience and Iarla oversees the support, CX product, and customer success teams. He has built and scaled world-class operations teams in two of the most successful tech companies in the world: Google and Stripe. His most recent experience in Stripe was leading risk management for the strategy, product, and engineering teams. In his past, Iarla has managed support, customer success, localization, logistics, engineering, and product management teams. He is passionate about solving customer problems.
