You invoice your client as usual; the difference is you upload the invoice to Remote. The client approves and pays us, and we transfer payments straight to your bank account.
Yes. You can select the currency you'd like to be paid in, which depends on the currency of your withdrawal method or the billing currency you’ve set for your company on Remote.
You can set your invoice amount in either your local withdrawal currency or your employer’s billing currency. Based on that selection, Remote will convert the funds received from your employer into your local withdrawal currency. For payments processed through Wise, Remote guarantees you will receive the full invoiced amount in your local currency, protecting you from currency swings.
For payments sent by SWIFT ("wire" payments), our payment partners may levy a small charge that will be deducted from your payment ($5–$15 depending on the bank). Your local bank may also apply extra fees. Please consult your bank for details. Remote does not charge additional fees for same-currency payments made through local payment networks.
