Life Insurance

Offering life insurance is not mandatory in this country, but providing these additional benefits can significantly enhance employees’ financial security and peace of mind. This plan will offer the option to choose coverage of either 2x or 4x an employee’s annual salary.

  • Life Insurance Package Overview:

    • Payout Premium: Coverage options of 2x or 4x the employee’s annual pay.
    • Bereavement Support: Available to the spouse/partner and adult dependent children (ages 18-21) of a deceased team member. Includes 6-8 bereavement counselling sessions with experienced therapists. Sessions can be accessed online or in person, free of charge.

    Key Details:

    • Coverage Limit: Maximum coverage limit of €1,800,000.
    • Age Restriction: Life insurance coverage is available for employees up to the age of 65.
    • Sick Leave Policy: If an employee is on sick leave for more than 14 days, life insurance coverage will activate once they return to work.
