Health Benefits

In India, it is mandatory for employers to provide health insurance to employees. When onboarding a new team member in India, Remote provides comprehensive health benefits through our local offering, which includes four plans with sum insured amounts of ₹2,000,000 or ₹4,000,000 per family. These plans cover the employee, spouse, and up to four children, with some plans also extending coverage to parents or parents-in-law. Inpatient Coverage
- Sum Insured: ₹2,000,000 ($24,100) per family
- Maternity Cover: ₹200,000 ($2,400) for the first 4 children
