Life Insurance

In Brazil, providing life insurance to employees is a mandatory benefit as stipulated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Offering this benefit not only complies with legal requirements but also provides essential financial protection for employees and their families. The basic tier, provides coverage of up to BRL 40,000 in the event of death, special compensation for accidents, permanent total or partial disability due to an accident. The standard, enhanced and premium tiers provide coverage based on multiples of the employee's salary, offering greater flexibility and enhanced protection.
