The Basic tier includes a flat $25,000 coverage for both Life Insurance and AD&D, while higher tiers offer coverage based on a multiple of the employee’s annual earnings, with additional coverage for spouses and dependent children. The Premium Enhanced tier provides the highest level of coverage, up to 3x annual earnings, ensuring robust protection for employees and their families.
