What this job can offer you
- Experience working cross-functionally across IC and Executive levels, pitching, positioning, and managing programs to key Executive Stakeholders
- Project and Program Management experience at scale for Sales across a wide variety of topics such as Pricing, Packaging, Sales Process & Methodology, and more
- Certification in Instructional Design (if not already held) as well as direct access to a network of prestigious Sales Enablement talent globally
- The opportunity to design, manage, and scale Remote’s Sales Onboarding and Ongoing Training programs, directly impacting sales efficiency and quota achievement.
- A high-visibility role within the Sales Enablement team, working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners.
- The ability to shape and optimize training programs from day one, ensuring new hires ramp successfully and continue developing throughout their sales journey.
- A dynamic and fast-paced environment that empowers ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a balance between strategic planning and tactical execution.
- The flexibility to work asynchronously and take full responsibility for designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs.
What you bring
- 1+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience collaborating with content developers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build and scale training programs that contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Engaging facilitation and presentation skills, with experience managing live and asynchronous training formats.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and business objectives.
- Ability to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs at an executive level.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools (Docebo, RiSE / Articulate, WorkRamp, ShowPad, Highspot, Notion, Google Suite).
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Sigma, Docebo Reporting, and Salesforce.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Remote’s Sales Onboarding program, ensuring alignment with Sales Leadership expectations and ramp quota achievement.
- Oversee new hire training experiences, including content development, live session scheduling, and reinforcement strategies.
- Build and execute ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and drive continued sales performance improvement.
- Establish milestones, KPIs, and success criteria to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align training programs with broader business and sales performance strategies.
- Manage both asynchronous and synchronous training formats, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Analyze and report training effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program impact.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $21,900 to $49,300 USD.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
