Yes, in some countries Remote can automatically pay your employees and tax authorities using standard bank payment methods. Remote does not ‘float’ payroll, and payroll transactions will be made from your designated local bank accounts.

Paying employees in another country usually requires your business to have:

1. A local business entity
2. A local business account
3. Be registered with local tax and labor authorities

If you don’t have these set up, you can consider our Employer of Record product which enables companies to hire international employees without local entities.
