What this job can offer you

This individual is responsible for driving the execution & adoption of the Remote HR Management suite of products and special scaling projects. You are the dedicated execution engine for the business unit, directly supporting Sales to successfully commercialize HRM suite of products and achieve growth targets.

What you bring

  • Have a background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff, ideally with experience as a founder or early GTM hire at a scaling SaaS company.
  • Possess a proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes specifically within the SaaS industry.
  • Naturally prioritize building automated, scalable workflows over implementing manual, one-off fixes for messy processes.
  • Fully autonomous in your data work, capable of writing your own SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses.
  • Lead with a "spreadsheet-first" mentality, using advanced modeling and technical data skills to drive strategic decisions.
  • Can seamlessly pivot from ghostwriting high-level strategy memos for the CEO to troubleshooting granular CRM lead-routing errors.
  • Have the conviction to make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with only 70% of the available data.
  • Operate with a "the buck stops here" mentality and take full ownership of outcomes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end GTM execution plan for our HR suite of products. You will design tactics for how we land, expand within this domain.
  • Engineer GTM Efficiency: Proactively identify "hotspots" and friction in the sales and marketing funnel. You will design, implement, and iterate on processes that reduce CAC, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.
  • HRM Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal and external authority on the HR domain. You stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts to ensure our strategy remains offensive, not defensive.
  • Scalable Playbook Design: In close lockstep with Sales Enablement, you will translate high-level strategy into actionable playbooks. You’ll build the "Remote HR Way"—equipping our sales and success teams with the scripts, objection handling, and value-prop frameworks for the entire product suite.
