Remote offers 401(K) retirement plans to all employees in the United States. Each employee is automatically enrolled in the plan and can choose the percentage of their salary to contribute.-
Retirement
We offer a 401k Retirement Plan that includes a Company match program. The scheme includes a 100% match of the first 3% of employee contributions, and a 50% match of the next 2% of contributions. Matching contributions are mandatory and billed to the client in accordance with the employee’s selection. If the employee opt-out of the plan or set a voluntary contribution to 0%, no employer matching is contributed.
