When the company began to scale and hire new team members in different countries, managing payroll across borders became a growing challenge.

Before switching to Remote, iChoosr used a separate accounting or payroll provider in each country where it had employees. Providers across the UK, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, US & Japan each did things their own way.
