How Remote is supporting displaced Ukrainian citizens
The European Union has activated the Temporary Protection Directive to provide protection for Ukrainians. 27 EU member states have agreed to grant Ukrainian citizens residence permits for one year, with an automatic extension for a further year. The directive gives Ukrainians the freedom to choose where to live, work and belong.

That allows any refugee who is legally allowed to work in a country where we operate to be onboarded through our platform at reduced cost to you. When you onboard an employee, you’ll be asked to confirm eligibility by supplying documents that prove the employee’s refugee status and legal right to work or valid work permit(s) in the host country.
The 15% discount applies only to annual credit billing and expires 12 months after acceptance of our terms of service.

The Remote for Refugees promotion will remain open until31 December 2026for qualifying companies and employees; at that time, Remote may end, change or extend the promotion under the same or different terms.
The 15% discount applies to all employees hired by an eligible company through Remote’s EOR service for 12 months from acceptance of our terms of service.
Provided the refugee has the legal right to work (for example, a work permit), we can employ them in any country where we have an entity. Check ourcountry explorerfor our live countries.
