A recent acquisition increased the company’s entity footprint from six to nine, raising global permanent headcount from 240 to 308 in the process. The introduction of supplementary product lines encouraged new revenue streams, strengthening the brand’s position against its direct competitors.

As the company’s global footprint grew, so did the complexity of managing payroll across multiple countries. Core challenges included:
