Are you ready to
lead a revolution?

Welcome to the biggest revolution in the history of work. Employees today operate under a different set of rules, and their needs and outlooks are changing faster than ever. To attract and retain employees today, companies must understand what employees expect, how those expectations are evolving, and where they stand in the new era of work.

We surveyed 1,528 respondents in IT divisions of small- and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. and the U.K. to learn more about the challenges and opportunities they have experienced in transitioning to remote work. That research provided deep insights into the future of work as seen through the eyes of businesses.

Remote offers world-class global payroll solutions to companies and workers across the globe. Whether you employ one person or 1,000, Remote's global employment services make it easy to begin onboarding your international team in minutes. Remote even helps with international contractor management so you can manage your full-time employees and contractors all in one place — even when they're thousands of miles away.
