Lorraine Charles

Lorraine is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Na'amal. The organization partners with leading organisations to support refugees and other underrepresented communities through skills training, mentorship and remote work placement opportunities. Lorraine is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with partners and refugees right around the world to further Na'amal and Remote's shared mission to provide job opportunities to everyone regardless of the place they call home. Her expertise is in political economics, development, education and refugee issues in the Middle East.
