Karen Falenius leads the EMEA International Growth team at Remote. Originally from southern Germany, Karen is an advocate for remote working and can often be found remote working from her summer house in Finland, Germany, and many other locations across the world. With her extensive experience in global marketing and growth strategies for tech companies, Karen combines her professional expertise with a passion for enabling people to achieve balance in their work, personal, and family lives. Karen is also a passionate advocate for inclusion and equal opportunities.
Jane is on a mission to bring Remote to APAC by enabling companies of all sizes to grow without borders and to build and scale a world-class sales team. Prior to her role at Remote, Jane was the Vice President at AlphaSights, a knowledge-on-demand platform, leading their strategy consulting and private equity businesses across APAC as well as heading up their Korean operations. She helped build AlphaSights from a start-up to scale up company, with teams across APAC, running a multi-million dollar book of business.
Anastasia has always said that well-developed technology becomes magic in real life. She is extremely passionate about people and the changes and impact brought by technologies for them — in her recruiting career and life. Anastasia’s previous experience was focused heavily on recruiting for big tech industry players. Prior to Remote, she built from scratch and led global sourcing at GitLab, and before that, she drove recruiting initiatives at Uber and Dell. All her free time is devoted to her family and travelling, and she is still in search of an ideal mix of these two hobbies.
Alexandre is the Director of Commercial Strategy at Remote, where he leads Remote’s efforts across go-to-market organization, strategy and pricing. He is passionate about bringing remote work to as many people as possible. Alexandre has years of strategy experience at tech companies including PayPal and eBay, as well as strategic consulting experience working with McKinsey & Company. He is a former football player and loves to play tennis in his leisure hours.
